This change comes as part of our ongoing mission to level-up onchain security, while better reflecting the nature of what these competitions offer.

A Huge Hit with Impact to Match

Since its launch just nine months ago, Boosts have had a massive impact on both our customers and the security community. Over 1,970 reports have been submitted through Boosts, including:

• 157 critical vulnerabilities
• 89 high-severity vulnerabilities

In total, 750+ reports have been rewarded, leading to over $2.3 million paid out to whitehats, with the largest individual payout reaching $112,923.

The success of Boosts also extends across more than 20 projects, with major players utilizing the system to strengthen their protocols.

These aren’t just ‘boosts’ to a project’s security; they are competitive, structured environments where security researchers can audit a project’s code and find critical vulnerabilities in return for huge rewards.

The new name more accurately reflects what the product delivers — comprehensive, crowdsourced security audits in a competitive format that drives innovation and safety in the Web3 ecosystem.
